TELEGENIC were founded in 1981 to offer TV Outside Broadcast facilities in the UK and around the world. With the world’s first 4K-capable Outside Broadcast Facility, and mobile units requiring Virtual Private Network tunnels, it’s critical that their IT systems work perfectly all day, every day – that’s why they work with us.
Telegenic started working with us in 2004, on a recommendation from their accountant, and we’re the only IT company they’ve ever used. As well as their more unusual IT needs, they also have standard requirements including backup and application assistance. We maintain and backup their terminal server and virtual servers, help with application installs and offer telephone support for users with IT issues. We also provide a spam filter for their email.

GOAT was started by Jane Lewis in 2001. A women’s fashion brand, with a flagship store on Conduit Street, GOAT dresses women who want luxury investment wardrobe staples. If their name sounds familiar, you may have seen it on Michelle Obama’s Instagram when a White House guest wore a GOAT dress to an event.
Technica and GOAT have been working together since 2009. GOAT had no IT skills in-house and needed IT specialists. We work with GOAT to make sure their ecommerce site is connected to servers 24/7, and that customer communications can run smoothly. We provide IT support, ensure an efficient email service on and off site, remote browsing, as well as managing GOAT’s public email folder for their ecommerce customers. We also provide computers, printers and servers for their 20 staff in head office and in store.
