Are you ready for Windows 10 End of Life?

We want to bring your attention to an important update regarding Windows 10 PCs. Starting 14 October 2025, Microsoft will no longer support Windows 10, marking its End of Life.

What does this mean for you?

1. Upgrade to Windows 11

The good news is that almost all PCs from the past seven years should be capable of running Windows 11. It is unlikely that a Windows 10 PC will not be able to upgrade. We can’t be 100% certain, but we expect that upgrading in most cases should be free, especially for the Enterprise and Pro versions.

2. Potential issues with upgrades

The upgrade process varies – it could take as little as 10 minutes or a few hours, but there is a possibility that some PCs may experience issues during the upgrade, which may need specialist IT support.  Depending on the age and value of your PCs, there may also be a case where replacing them makes more sense than upgrading them.

If you’d like to discuss what Windows 10 End of Life could mean for your business, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We can help you navigate the transition with minimal disruption to your business.
