With the world’s first 4K-capable Outside Broadcast Facility, and mobile units requiring Virtual Private Network tunnels, it’s critical that their IT systems work perfectly all day, every day – that’s why they work with us.
Telegenic started working with us in 2004, on a recommendation from their accountant, and we’re the only IT company they’ve ever used. As well as their more unusual IT needs, they also have standard requirements including backup and application assistance. We maintain and backup their terminal server and virtual servers, help with application installs and offer telephone support for users with IT issues. We also provide a spam filter for their email.
